Do I really need a travel advisor?
Absolutely not… unless you want to save time, avoid overwhelm, and have a totally stress-free trip. Working with me means no second-guessing your decisions, no hours spent Googling hotel reviews, and no “I wish I’d known that before” moments. I handle the research, booking, logistics, and troubleshooting—so you can just enjoy the journey.
How much does it cost to work with you?
I charge a professional planning fee after our complimentary consultation. This fee varies depending on the complexity of the trip (solo vs multigenerational, international vs domestic, etc.), and it covers my time, research, personalized recommendations, and full-service support. I’ll always be upfront about the cost before we begin.
What kind of trips do you plan?
I specialize in personalized travel experiences—honeymoons, river cruises, multigenerational trips, Europe getaways, wine country escapes, and more. Whether you're looking for luxury, off-the-beaten-path, or somewhere in between, I’ll help design a trip that fits you.
What do I get when I work with you?
You’ll get a custom interactive itinerary (with maps, photos, links, and descriptions), expert travel guidance, complete booking services, insider tips, and my support before, during, and after your trip. Basically: a professional in your corner, every step of the way.
When should I reach out to start planning?
As early as possible! Ideally, reach out 6–12 months before international travel and 3–6 months before domestic trips. Planning early ensures better pricing and availability—especially for bucket list destinations and peak seasons.
Do you book flights?
Yes! I can book flights for most clients—especially when they’re part of a full itinerary or a cruise package. I’ll also advise on the best routes, seating options, and upgrades. (And if it makes more sense for you to book flights directly or with points, I’ll tell you that, too.)
Will I have access to my itinerary on my phone?
You bet! Your full itinerary will be available via a user-friendly app and/or web link, so you can access your travel plans on the go—even offline, 24/7. It’s beautifully organized, easy to navigate, and updated in real-time if any changes pop up. No digging through emails or paper printouts—just everything you need, right at your fingertips.
What happens if something goes wrong while I’m traveling?
I’ve got you. Whether it’s a missed connection, weather delay, or a last-minute change, I’m here to help. You’ll never be stuck waiting on hold with a call center—you’ll message me, and I’ll jump in to assist however I can.
Do you work with travelers outside of Arizona?
Absolutely! In fact, many of my clients are based on the East Coast, where I originally started my travel business. I now work with travelers across the U.S. (and even internationally), and everything is done virtually—via Zoom, email, or phone—so you don’t have to be local to plan something amazing.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely. Many of my travel partners offer deposit-based bookings with final payments due later, and I’ll walk you through all the options. I also work with you to create a plan that matches your timeline and budget goals.
